FC: Finance Committee

The FC is the committee in charge of search for income that support the carrying out of the event.

Typically, the financing can come from:

• The government: science and technology organizations from the venue country, institutions that foment the education, ministries, etc.
• Private companies: informatics industry.
• Own resources: The institutions where the conference is going to take place, take on the non financed cost and the eventual loses, according to the letters of intent that accompany the application of the venue.
