BPC: Broadcasting and Propaganda Committee

The BPC has as a mission to broadcast the realization of the event to national and international levels by any convenient means. The broadcast must involve, within the national part, every institution or company that have informatics as one of their primary activities. Within the international part, it must be promoted in academic institutions, especially in Latin-America. The broadcast towards countries with a different language than the country where it is going to take place must be in English.

The broadcast must use, fundamentally, electronic means. E-mail and web sites are the tools that must be exploited in every possibility. Towards the realization of the event mass media can be used (radio, TV, written press) to reach to possible audiences. For this job contracting other people that can handle and know the media (journalists, communicators, etc.) may be necessary, so the reach of the propaganda to the eventual interested it is assured.

The BPC in agreement con the CP must make the calling for papers to the authors that will like to present in CLEI 2010.
