LC: Logistics and Realization Committee

The LC is in charge of coordinate activities concerning the execution of the event. Among its functions are:

• Facility coordination (presentations room, conferences, registration, information).
• Assistance to the public (inscriptions, event information, lodging facilities, touristic information).
• Supply providing for and during the event (identification cards, memoir handling and accompanied material, etc.)
• Assistance to the invitees (reservation, extra conference events.)
• Communications logistics (telephones, e-mail, internet.)
• Coordination with other committees.
• Opening and closure logistics
• Assistance certification production (to the conference, to the tutorials.)

It may be necessary to define ad-hoc sub-committees with specific functions for activities that require technological support (communication, inscriptions, and certifications).
