Terms and Conditions

To participate in CLEI 2010, the registration must be online and pay the corresponding amount of your category.

Authors

Of each accepted just one author paper will need to register in this category. If they only want to assist the Conference others authors of the same paper may register separately in the corresponding category. The authors must had have paid their registration fee before submitting the camera ready version of the paper so it can be published (before 09/06/2010). The registration fee for authors includes:

• Access to all the Conferences from Monday 18 to Friday 22 of October and access to the Exhibition Area
• A CD containing all the Conference’s minutes
• Various materials of the Conference
• Coffee Breaks
• Dinner Party

The cost of the author’s Registration fee that is shown in the FEES page corresponds to the publication of just one submitted paper. The 50% of the cost presented in the agreement table in the payment date must be paid for each additional paper.

Professionals / Teachers

The registration fee for this category includes:

• Access to all the Conferences from Monday 18 to Friday 22 of October and access to the Exhibition Area

• Various materials of the Conference
• Coffee Breaks

Under grade students

The under grade students must present a certification of enrollment from the university. The registration fee for this category includes:

• Access to all the Conferences from Monday 18 to Friday 22 of October and access to the Exhibition Area
• A CD containing all the Conference’s minutes
• Various materials of the Conference
• Coffee Breaks

Payments

All the payments of the Registration fee must be done in Guaranies (local currency) to its equivalent in Dollars according to the value of the day in which the payment is made. The notifications of the payments confirmations will be send to your email once the payment is processed successfully. A copy of the payment confirmation will be required to withdraw the conference’s materials.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for cancellations
